How Can I order Something?
To maintain the safety of our staff and customers, we are currently closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, we are not currently taking any orders.
How do I get my order?
You have the option for pick-up or delivery (some orders may not be eligible for pick-up and we will be sure to inform you if that is the case).
For cakes, we prefer to deliver the cake directly to the location of your event, but it is ultimately your decision.
can I order something special that's not on your menu?
Of course! We are happy to accommodate you as best as possible. Please contact us via our other orders request form or email us at info@bakersalie.com and we will be happy to further discuss options with you.
Are your Products gluten free or vegan?
We currently sell gluten free vanilla and chocolate cakes (available for cupcakes as well), along with a variety of other gluten free items. You can see our full gluten free menu here. We are constantly testing new recipes, so if you’re gluten free and have a craving, don’t hesitate to request something!
We currently sell vegan pies! We are working in the kitchen to bring you more vegan recipe options soon.
Does Baker's Alie Ship?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship.
How much do your cakes cost?
Because each cake is its own masterpiece, we cannot provide a price upfront. Every part of each cake is handmade and we use only the finest ingredients. If you are interested in ordering a cake, please do not hesitate to fill out a cake request form and we will contact you.
If I fill out a Cake Request Form, Does that mean I've ordered my cake?
Not yet! The cake request form provides us with the information needed to price your cake. Once we receive your form, we will contact you with any further questions and inform you of the cost of your cake. Your order is only confirmed once we have spoken with you and you receive a confirmation in writing.

Not yet! The other orders request form provides us with the information needed to price your order. Once we receive your form, we will contact you with any further questions and inform you of the cost of your order. Your order is only confirmed once we have spoken with you and you receive a confirmation in writing.
What Is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel your order any time up to a month before your delivery date. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your order. If you choose to cancel your order within 30 days of your delivery date, your deposit is non-refundable.
